From memory though you just need patience since there is little fomo as most units are in the general pool so you will get them eventually, only pull during either of the 6% banners and enjoy the roulettes during the seasonal events. I remember back during the swimsuit gene event I got 250 free pulls from the roulette during her banner so only spent 50 pulls on her, it may be rose tinted glasses but I would not call them worse than hoyo shit.
