It is, but they're not actually that bad in practice. The only ones to really worry about are the Mindless Violence one being an interesting times drawback that compels questionable decision making, and accidentally cycling that +300 one to a floor boss or something that could cause issues later since it's not a one and done deal.
Of the rest, the second +100 is a pain since I'll be broke most of the time, because reasons - but the other two are just social chafing from a name given and one offered, respectively. So that leaves the last +200 drawback, which is free points because it's a lockout drawback on jump 1.

Honestly, so long as the Grimoire's spell is decent I should be able to hold out long enough to find stuff to do between training montages that doesn't involve going full battle junkie or picking a fight with a bigger Familia too soon. Orario's honestly big enough I could find enough tourist stuff to waste money on between odd jobs to make said money and fill out a few years before the drawback zoomies demand a War Game or some other nonsense.
