Okay I updated it and added a bit explaining the shotgun Shia build and added some potentials. It's still a work in progress and I'll add Chitose tomorrow. I don't have Minova by the way so if someone does do me a favor and post a build for her and explain a bit as to why those potentials you took are good. If you want me to make any changes or I missed something obvious just reply to this post and let me know. Too tired to keep going for tonight.
