It seems pretty clear her parents put her on a crash diet, or maybe shipped her to some fat camp to get half starved for a summer to slim her down. From her eating habits it's obvious she's developed zero habits for better eating, she's every bit the piggish glutton that got herself fat in the first place.
Given the fat years of her life probably aren't that long ago then yes, the fitness routine does seem to be keeping the fat at bay. But it only works so long as she keeps up with it. The moment, the instant she starts to slip that weight is going to snowball hard and fast. The more she gains the less active she'll be and the fatter she gets the more aggressive her eating habits will grow.
I'd bet money at 12-14 when she starts to develop curves she'll start to slow down as most girls do when puberty makes their bodies less adept at sports. When it does she'll have a short grace period of a few years where her food intake will mostly go towards extremely voluptuous development. But by 16 or so her growth will have cooled and she'll be showing signs of a chubby body. By 17 she's going to be a fatty fat fatty.
