4.79 million videos plenty of which are hours long is a lot of work to review even if only a few thousand every year got reported.
YouTube who admittedly has way more stuff to sort through, but has significantly better infrastructure and the backing of google said fuck it just set up and over zealous algorithm to catch this shit.
