You can do a whole lot when you abandon your own learned helplessness. A lot of things are actually not even that hard and fall into place when you just bother to try, so if you are someone who, like I've been, limits yourself based on pre-conceived notions and allows the seeming dautingness of a task to stop you from doing it, stop. Just continue forth and if it interests you then you have all you need to do it. If you are like me, then you've stopped yourself from doing things that actually aren't even HARD, just unfamiliar.
Just soemthing to consider. But remember, Mathew 16:33 "But seek ye first the kingdom of God"

Plants want you to eat their fruits.
It's a symbiotic relationship because you're gonna be crapping out their seeds in remote places that those plants could never get to themselves.
Also your shit is full of nootrients for those seeds to take nourishment from.
Plants are largely indifferent to animals eating their leaves.
It doesn't help them but they can usually spare few leaves, and if those animals take a dump on their soil then that's good nootrients for them.
Plants DON'T want you to eat their progeny. Seeds, nuts, beans etc.
They protect them for a reason, they don't want animals destroying their chance at reproduction.
That's why nuts have hard shells, that's why seeds have a lining that resists stomach acid, that's why beans are poisonous in their natural state. All of that is the plant telling you "don't eat my fucking kids".
Basically, just do what the hunter-gatherers did and eat whatever plants offer to you willingly. Tomatoes, berries, eggplant, courgette, apples, avocado, cucumber, lemons, persimmons.
All made by plants for us to consume, can be eaten raw, and they put lots of easily absorbed vitamins in them so that the animals who would eat them grow healthy and strong and leave a legacy of more animals who will eat the same fruits again.
