Whites aren't scammers. They're proud conquerors. One of the motivations for colonizing Africa was to end slavery. There literally was no slavery in any white colony in Africa, unlike places where whites weren't present.
Whites went to the Congo, set up rubber enterprises, and put the Congolese to work so they could live a better life than primitive nomads, then slavers in the outskirts of their enterprise started to kidnap people and they went to war with the slavers to keep the Congolese free.

India literally didn't even have trains before the British. In fact, they didn't even have a legal system before the British. They had literally nothing; it was an anarchic cluster of sub-humans, they straight up invented India from scratch; the only borders resembling modern India in the past 500 years was from a Muslim-minority empire who controlled almost all of current India.
