not at all, nami is very good at her job and surviving overall, she's pretty bad in a fight but it's something she acknowledges and accepts and does not care to improve upon that much because she's the crew's navigator, not a fighter
and robin is straight up just really strong so power is not even that big of an issue for her, and she is arguably the most important member if the SH crew because she can read anyways
neither of them are a love interest for the MC btw, nami has no real love interest and robin has chopper
