The concussion from the explosion would still be fatal, think of the NFL and their concussion problem. It's just fishing with dynamite. Nothing would change as you never said it was heat or flame resistant so it can still melt and burn. Whatever the process would likely have negative effects on whoever wore it as well, wearing mutated fabrics is sketchy.
