No statements compares her to anyone from a previous arc, but being comparable at all to UI (And Piccolo's wording implies she's stronger than when Goku first used UI), it's absurd... Might be the biggest jump in power SS1 from SS2 caused.

That makes little sense, she's stronger than Cabba in base, and Cabba was as strong as Vegeta's base during U6's tournament, meaning she's at bare minimum Buu Saga Goku/Vegeta level (With SS1). Unless Toyotaro quietly retconned away the "Cabba is Vegeta's equal in base".

It's just weird how weak she is in the manga. Kale by herself overpowered both Golden Freeza and SSB Goku, but then Kefla loses to Gohan? I headcanon Kale wasted so much power that Kefla became far weaker as a consequence, but the manga itself doesn't bother making an excuse...
