I hate being an assistant manager. I have to manage, yet I cannot fire the morons who cause the most problems. It's the worst. I want people here to know they're replaceable if their work quality is consistently garbage. Instead, it's extremely difficult to get fired here because the general manager is barely ever paying attention, so it's a retardfest every day.
