First bad experience I had with Ali in basically a decade.
I ordered something on the 18th of August, no updates at all since the 19th, reached out to the seller on the 31st and once again on the 4th, where they said the package got lost and they were sending another.
On the 8th I asked again for the new tracking number but when I checked on cainiao it gave me an "Abnormal status" and the seller said they did ship it but couldn't change the tracking number.
Told them I would ask for a refund on the 12th if it didn't update and that's exactly what I did.
I got the refund in seconds and it's all fine on that front, but I don't know if I should order it again (from another seller) or if the thing I got is really on the way.
What should I do?
