the serialization got scanlated but only the first 3 volumes because then it got officially licensed so now the EN volumes lag a few months behind the JP releases.

maybe? the veterinarian scene seems pretty well received by anime-onlies. the anime's also adding stuff to better connect all these 4-page chapters together and introduce characters earlier.
