“Tch, magic.” you snarl, leaping aside and dodging the fireball. Causing the woman to laugh as she tosses more and more of the prisms at you, each one igniting into another fireball midair. “Too afraid to fight me yourself?”
“How insulting!” she shouts, drawing her left back, throwing a handful of the glowing prisms of energy this time. But this time, as you leap aside, they don't burst into flames. Instead they all suddenly fly in different directions, landing on the ground and on other pillars of the arena material. Where each of the faintly-glowing prisms vanish into whatever they tough, as the arena around you both in the shadow of the central pillar turns darker. The ground seems to be slightly radiating a purplish glow as the woman laughs, clearly enjoying thinking she's got you. “Let's see if you think you can handle me now?!”

And without a word drifts back into the central pillar, disappearing into the deepening shadows. Her ki signature, at least to your ki sense, feels to be coming from everywhere around you all at once.

The hell? Where'd you-?” you murmur, only for the ground beneath you to crack and start to fall in, her magic shattering the arena beneath your feet to force you off the stage. Leaping back, you build a bit of distance, only for your heel to go over the edge of the ring. Somehow she's already forced you back to the edge, there's nowhere else to go! But then, suddenly, you sense several ki BEYOND the edge of the ring! “What the-?”
“You're in my world of darkness now.” the woman's voice says, as she rises up from the edge of the arena. Except now she's MASSIVE, towering over you as she rises over the edge. Forcing you to leap back as she sweeps a massive hand at you. Teeth clenched in annoyance, wondering where the hell she's going to come from next. But as you land, suddenly your legs are frozen! Locked in place from the waist down, even your tail won't budge! “I got you.”

“What?! What is this?” you exclaim, looking down first and seeing one of those glowing prisms on the ground between your legs, then over your shoulder as her ki signature solidifies, reappearing out of the shadows.
“I've bound your shadow.” she says, smirking maliciously. “You can no longer move from that spot.”
“Oh yeah? You really think you can hold me?” you reply, expanding your ki sense. Locking back on to Caulifla's ki as this being's body begins to writhe. You aren't sure what she's doing, but you do know you're out of here. And with a thought use your Instant Transmission once more, teleporting away. Leaving this area of darkness, returning beside your allies in the light of the fake sun above.
