I just make sure I have at least 200 of every blueprint tier. Then again, I haven't had to actually buy them in ages since x2/x3 normals have given me way more than I need for a long time now.

By the time you are able to UE30 even a single of those students via the permit shop scraps only, you will have missed your chance to use said students to secure plat dozens of times over. There is nothing wrong with maxing out gigameta students with raw ligmas early on.
