Stop being a pussy.
People are lazy. It's easier to keep a guy on the payroll than it is to find a new one. Making concessions in your schedule is more efficient than having a huge gap in manpower for however long it takes them to find a new guy. Hiring is painful.
If they fire you for telling them to respect your schedule then they were going to keep abusing you until you got sick and quit eventually so might as well just rip the band aid.
They're your employers, not your masters. Work is a transaction, start treating it like one.

If gacha is so bad why do they need to organize raids and false flags? Shouldn't people be able to come to the right conclusion on their own?

It's like shooting bots on an FPS to prepare you for multiplayer.
Sure, you can get a feel for the game and a basic grasp of the mechanics but fighting bots is noting like fighting people.
It just takes time. Fight some other C/D ranks in lobbies. Do long sets. Keep rematching over and over til they leave. But don't try to fight people above you unless you are very, very comfortable with your character and know their kit reflexively. It's not that fighting better players isn't theoretically good, but if you don't understand the game yet you are just throwing yourself at a brick wall and you get too frustrated to play normally.
