Since Denji's motto is choosing both, and since he already clarified that old family members are replaceable by new ones, it's more likely he'll simply chose to stick by the girl who's offering sex while also planning to turn her into his new family. That girl can be either Shi-chan or Kiga-chan, whichever of the two, but I think that will be his go to plan now. Both family members and cum-dumpsters are replaceable in his eyes, meaning neither Powy or Nayuta will be revived back.
