When I think about it, the utility of doorman's portals aren't that great. This isn't a slow methodical game with a lot of strategy baked in. Think about every team fight you've ever had you just aim at a weak target among the chaos, the idea that a strategic entrance and exit will change the tides of teamfights seems unlikely
