As far as model comparisons go, Gemini does seem much more conversational than Deepseek. However, Deepseek is much more uncensored and much more user controlled. It's easy to control Deepseek and lead it in whatever direction you want. Also, if you don't direct it Deepseek will take the initiative much more. It seems like if you don't give Gemini a direction it will keep giving you variants of "what do you want?" until you give it something to work with. And if you use even words like "amorous" in Gemini it'll push back against you.

That's my experience with the VN which doesn't have a prefill though, so maybe Gemini will be different with a jailbreak. The significantly better conversations generated is definitely a major strong point in Gemini's favor.
