In my case I loved being a dad to my kids and thought I'd lose them. I was a moron.
When she pushed the issue band enough, I divorced her and my life instantly got better. 'I had more money to spend, the house was cleaner, and I was way happier.

I ended up raising the kids. I never had full custody, but since she was a shitty and uninvolved mom they eventually just spent all of their time with me. I had more sex the first 6 months I was single than the last 5 years of my marriage, and I eventually married a woman 15 years younger than my wife.
