i'm thinking i may have emulated fallout's balance too well though that's not a bad thing
3d6+4 damage to 1d4+1 hit locations is enough to deal with most threats though it will not one tap everything, it can fuck em up in two to three hits
and even seems to blow larger monsters out of the water even if they don't die in a single hit i used it for 40mm grenades which is probably less than similar but i got a time to kill that was roughly similar to grenade launchers in FNV
you know i'm glad i put a 20m arming distance on most munitions, and last mini mid week session the player had a bunch of knight allies with rifle grenades
