Well you know... that may be true but generally if you care about the health of your family and want to what is best for the child and woman, all women would ideally become impregnated around 13-14 at peak fertility. (Often earlier now).
It's not right to subject kids to possible mental retardation and a slew of other complications if they just had a younger husband and wife.
