Not sure, it depends, but people are used to the corruption. Everyone has side hustles and somehow manages to live, I see young moms everyday with strollers in the park and it fills my heart with joy. It is what it is. We've been through a lot in the last 600 years. I prefer this instead of higher GDP for companies and being flooded.
