Most of those children came from countries where they wouldn't have survived otherwise. Sex is le unholy because Americans are anti sex entirely. It's not a big deal and there are kids starving to death right now who would take a butt poking if it meant they could live another day and nobody cares about them right now. Children having sex appeal exists for a reason, it gives them a fighting chance at survival.
