The thing is that it does because you don't just accidentally become stronger than an intermediate trained lifter. I took for granted how many fucking losers there are that just don't have a craft. I thought that most people would eventually, through brownian motion, find something they connect with and hone into a talent. So even if their talent wasn't visible like muscles or an instrument, they would have something they excel at.
Nope. Spending the effort understanding anatomy, diet, lifting technique, calories, cooking, affording a gym membership, abstaining from impulses, sticking to a plan, getting enough sleep, etc. means you are almost certainly doing better at existing. It's better than rotting on social media, spinning your wheels in school/dead end job, judging others, doing a bunch of drugs, and maybe taking care of an animal or two.
