The lasius niger queen is in a test tube setup wrapped in red foil, laid eggs a while ago which seem to be towards the latter half of the larvae stage at this point. Relocating her will happen either when her first nanitics are hatched or the test tube water is used up.
The messor barbarus harvester ants I ordered come with ~5 workers or so, but are still in the mail. Tracking claims they should arrive tomorrow, but they'll also need a little to calm down from the shock of shipping before I'll let them out.
I can post when they move, but it'll still be a while. Since both of these species are fully claustral, until the first nanites or workers are there, not much is happening frankly.
