I finally got to 400 the other day and having this drop after a random crucible match I didn't cream my shorts in some heckin epic loot dopamine response but I genuinely thought something was wrong with the game because I put in a good deal of time into activities and other bullshit and couldn't find higher than 400 loot let alone tier 5 to save my life. That's mark of a good game, when everything is so ass backwards and you genuinely don't know why something dropped.
