I don't know if this is mmo culture, or if it's mixed with gacha entitlement. But people are very bitter. I've learn that I can't get far with strangers unless I can predict and assume their gear, pace, and social skills in 60 seconds.
Long post here, but I don't even know how much a good tank influences a perfect score. Damage is king in this game, and makes up for lack of accountability or IQ. The tank experience changes each team and it's a lot to handle, and a lot to learn.
