While on my spiritual practices, a strange shift occurred on my meditation focus spontaneiously, the perspective was like focusing on reality like of a cinema, while I'm the screen.

this shift is a sign that I'm doing things correclty? If I now train my meditations on that perspective, what are the prospects?
