You're missing the point Mr. Japshill. Japanese economy is so bad A THIRD of the working force only has a parttime job even though they want a FULL TIME CAREER. So while you state 'more jobs than people' its only low wage part time jobs that won't offer a sustainable life let alone a quality life.
