Every LatAm country knows very well... They would choose Brasil 1000000x times than Russia or USA to rule around them.
We are friendly as far as we can possible get as we can possibly be.
Everyone is welcome. There is no culture that we don't have it. And we made it Work watching the world fail trying to do so.

With all the problems and corruption, that recently we just find out that is pretty much everywhere else, we are the true winners.
Somehow, we are the middle class guy in the world that don't have all the riches and money but yet, we are the most happy of all.

USA and Europe (europe not so much anymore and usa going to the same hole) have more wealthy but don't have happiness.
Obviously this statement is a little bit relative.
Of course there is excelent burguers that are cool as fuck and happy. Of course exceptions exist and maybe even some states of USA can be better than others (just a random example, being Texas better than California or on the other war around).
Still, as a whole, USA and Europe are a sad and schizoid place to live.

It's the "rich guy that owns everything" but yet, don't have anything at all.
