Gameplay tier lists aren't exactly arbitrary. Siege is worse than Saga, Saga is worse than Flametail, and Flametail is worse than Vulpianus. This is an objective truth, and they can be ranked by analyzing their kits. People only shit on tier lists because they assume 'low tier' means 'unusable'.
