Raids are challenges that mechanically require coordinated actions by multiple players, Think a boss that one group might need to distract him while another character do a puzzle that if they miss you can't damage the boss or everyone dies. Stuff like tank/healer/CC/dps will not work well in wuwa because you can generally just dodge.
