Evolutionarily speaking, if women didn't like bald men, then the gene for baldness would have been selected against over hundreds of thousands of years.
The physical attributes women care about are 1) height (strength) 2) eye color (novelty)
It's men that care about hair. Men are attracted to thick full (especially blonde) hair on women because it signals youth. The idea that women primarily select for men who have full heads of hair is projection on the part of men and a shit test on the part of women.
Men and women have different evolutionary paths. Stop projecting your own preferences on the opposite sex. If you're a bald manlet, the problem is not the baldness, but the manlet part.
