Marina is often picked as well, or Shun. I bring Kirino because I bring Kirino in every season on every time.

Generally you want your own Hoshino in front of the enemy Kuroko, or you want your Kuroko in front of the enemy Iori. The positioning is a little weird but you get used to it.

I definitely see her around, but not in many teams (top 10 has 3 uses, but the top 10 of my bracket is fairly even on specials (number 1 right now uses Tsurugi and Utaha...#5 has Saki in specials)). Regardless, majority is using red AOE
