Honestly I don't know, it might have been a bad mtl translation that day, the preview shows her using a virbator so who knows where it would have gone. I'm pretty bummed out that this other doujin with Hahari and Shizuka has seemingly gone AWOL as well, in addition to another one I forgot to save the image of before the original post got deleted. I really hope the Nano doujin at least got scanned, the artist said they're reselling unsold copies of it for winter so if no chink got a copy to scan like the Karane pegging book I'm going to shill for it like crazy in the winter comiket threads.
