Redpill me on Hydroxyapatite vs fluoride toothpaste. From my limited research it seems that, even if you don't buy into the "fluoride is poison" argument, hydroxyapatite is better than fluoride at filling up micro-cracks in your teeth since it is literally what your teeth are made of, and can reverse sensitive teeth.
Some of the sources I read claimed that hydroxyapatite is less effective than fluoride and may even calcify your organs. Are these claims all pozzed or can someone confirm?
This is the most useful source I found which claims hydroxyapatite toothpaste is perfectly fine to use.
