To be fair it was pretty unprecedented of them to do this for Genshin so it obviously caught a lot of people by surprise
The fact that a majority of the characters were literally whos with zero AQ presence and that the one character they placed in the centre ended up just dropping by for one patch before leaving again is an entirely different matter
