We are poor due to our own incompetence. We are simply too stupid and brown to understand that by scraping our industry and opening our market to the USA we would be free and prosperous like the USA.
Big governments and national intervention on the economy are simply evils that must be stopped, as the economy regulates itself.
But Latin Americans are simply too brown and stupid to understand that...
