A bunch of loudmouths who misinterpreted blind luck or simply being irrelevant to society as some kind of karmic identity bestowed upon them. They supported their delusional mindset with grossly exaggerated, one-sided stats and anecdotes and simply shouited down anyone who disagreed with them - their uniform response was to call them "vaxxies" and wish death upon them. That's all they had. That and lies.
From a character standpoint, they're the worst of the worst - the synergy of politicized Holocaust propaganda and emotional leftist hysteria, blind to reason and insisting on continuing to believe things that they know to be untrue.
They are everything they claim to be against.
