it's crazy how the story is uninteresting even in the loredump bits i usually like :/ the approach they're taking with giving all this exposition and history feels more shoehorned than usual? it breaks the pace of whatever the wuklique is up to because you have to walk away and have an npc stare at (You) in a cutscene. i really don't want to skip cutscenes so i can have full context and articulate my own opinions by the time i'm caught up, but this is astonishingly poor writing
