Her cons are basically for her own damage (she can use S2 buffs on herself), so if you want a broken main dps iuno (but far from as broken as a carthetyia with the same investment and team) and you don't care about money go for it. She is already carlotta level on S0R1 with S0R1 ciaccona though.
