1-turn on a jp vpn
2- make a NEW epic account set in japan
3- download epic launcher
4-sign in epic launcher (vpn on) and download wuwa' launcher
5-you don't have to reinstall just locate the files and launch the game with the vpn on
You don't need to keep the vpn on when downloading stuff, just for signing in and ingame
