I was thinking this, too. My guess is that Hina was the only person to actually see Pan-Pan during her event. Hence why she doesn't seem weirded out during her short appearance.
What's funny is that all those characters had to gather around and use AA weapons to blow up the pancake when Hina dispatched it half a dozen times by herself during the event.

On my list of preferences, Noa and Hina rank somewhere around the middle, so it'll take a little bit for me to get to them.
