Having Primarchs be ogryn sized and its consequences have been a disaster for the autistic communities.
I like to think Primarchs were "taller than marines", but not twice as much. Like, Alexis Polux was above average and Guilliman noticed he was almost at his own eye level. Doesn't mean Polux was twice as big as a marine.
Had it been Alpharius, Polux and him would've been the same size and be able to pass for one another...which is what he did with Pech, Ranko and many others.
I much prefer that version as opposed to "ACTUALLY IT'S A PSYCHIC POWER".
