I also wanted to share some more food recipes. If you made the previous steak recipe good job it's really good I love it, but now it's time to level it up. That steak alongside these two are my three go to steaks. Easy and fast to cook, and delicious.

This is steak au poivre it's basically the same thing but with a peppercorn sauce. It's super good.

This is the King of soups, it's not really soup it's stew. Some would say other soups are better but they're wrong this is the best. His recipe is different than mine the biggest difference is that he puts potato in the soup whereas I make garlic thyme and rosemary mashed potatoes instead. I also add celery to the stew cuz I always have celery on hand. You just serve the stew over the mashed potatoes and with a nice warm and crunchy baguette on the side, hand ripped always. (this is heresy but I use ciabatta instead). I'm hungry now. Happy eating and good job Nerissa! Always proud of you!
