He then stayed behind to destroy the means of the mage lord to follow, as the artifact needed for such a spell relied on a one of a kind material component that can't be found anywhere natively to that world ever again.
In a instant around one billion goblins are poofed onto earth. There was a period of great confusion and fear both on the part of the goblins and of the people of earth but in a relatively short amount of time of just a few months the goblins actually integrated into human society surprisingly well.
Due to how brutial the labor conditions the male slaves had to deal with the ratio of goblins who made it to earth were almost 1 male for every 10 females.
Once communication was established these male goblins were overjoyed to actually be compensated with money for unskilled labor and have time to do whatever they liked to themselves, which was usually party and work on making more goblins.
However the treatment of female goblins had some lasting impacts that made their integration a bit different. For generations the evil mage lord use female goblins as a way to keep moral of higher ranked grunts high and keep them from getting detracted from any reason to not be blindly loyal to him, such as a love life or family.
