Yes, it is. You can't compare apples to oranges as one and the same. Reddit is famous for its censorship now, which leads to totalitarian thinking and cultural homogeneity. That's not what is happening on 4chan as far as I'm concerned, merely because free speech is much more respected here.
You can argue about similarities such as arrogance, instances of "subhuman" behavior or "coping". These are anecdotal and do not define the website experience as a whole, why should they?
And if it is indeed the case that 4chan is becoming more and more like Reddit due to fifth-generation warfare, welp, then that's very worrying and something should be done about it. We can't lose this bastion of free speech and original Internet culture.
