You sound well intentioned but this is considered boomer advice. In the US I've been to such small towns and the women in these places generally dress identically to how women dress in LA, Portland, and Denver.
I believe social media is the root cause of this issue, any woman with a phone is generally going to succumb to the sisterhood culture hivemind.

I remember going to a western ghost town and reading about how the prostitutes were all basically made to live as far as possible within the town limits away from families and children, as there was concern the whores would socialize with the polite women and corrupt them. We're seeing this now with social media, all women are on the same whorish wavelength.
