If we go by the clears posted here, most people, many of which have decent artifacts, barely made it in V. And there Tulpa has a little less than 8kk HP (~67k DPS to clear). So I kinda doubt you can get much higher than 100k realistically without whaling. Even though the artifacts are standarized in gcsim, in a real scenario you don't have a static enemy, tulpa has self-applied hydro, etc. These things make it so you likely won't do the sheet dmg even with better artifacts.

So... the reason Skirk doesn't want any meaningful interaction with people in Teyvat is because Surtalogi is going to kill her AND everyone dear to her whenenver he feels like it?
